Cougar cooks compete

Colchester Middle School fifth- and sixth-graders are competing this Saturday at the Junior Iron Chef Competition at the Champlain Valley Fairgrounds. The team has been practicing different dishes each week and has adapted a recipe for “Colchester Cougar Corn Chowder.” The chowder will be served for the competition as well as at the March 27 Colchester Middle School Family and Community night.
